Key Shipping Policies
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and handed over to courier partners (Pathao / Steadfast) on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Doorstep Package Inspection
Customers are strictly advised to inspect the package condition and verify shoe sizes in the presence of the delivery agent. If any damage or discrepancy is observed, contact customer support immediately before accepting delivery.
Remote Area Delivery Delays
For union-level or remote upazila locations outside district Sadar, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days depending on local courier hub access.
